Where we ship

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing. We are a small independent brand, so during new drops or busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer. We will let you know if that happens.

Shipping costs

Australia: Flat rate of $5.00. Orders over $85 ship free.

New Zealand: Flat rate of $15.00. Orders over $100 ship free.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Delivery times

We send orders with Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are set by the carrier and are outside our control. You will receive tracking details by email when your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel appears lost, contact us at contact@hollowellclothing.com and we will help you follow it up with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
